Good evening everyone. My name is Jacob Smith, I am currently 23 years old and I am attending college for Computer Science. Currently I have a mentor that has been teaching me how to become a Business Financial Advisor. We help arrange funding for all sorts of individuals interested in purchasing real estate or even running businesses. I joined this website for two reasons. My goal in the future is to purchase real estate and try to turn that into an income stream, and I hope to use this forum for an aid in my future dream. My other reason for joining this forum is to try and help people in need of purchasing real estate so that I can help other people achieve their goal and dream just like I am trying to. I am here to stay so if anyone has any kind of advice for just starting. It would be much appreciated, thank you all for taking your time to read this. :)
