Hey all, 

Happy New Year! I just found this site a couple days ago , and read some of the posts. 

You guys are awesome!  I am lucky to found this site, and I am proud of being one of the crowds who are supper smart, experienced,  kind and being supportive. Together, we will make our lives and whole world better. 

Currently, I am a Realtor and small investor in PA. This year, I am planing to move to Charleston SC to start my new adventure with real estate investment , although I do not know anyone down there yet, but I believe my instinct and insight. 

Looking for any mentors, friends, and partners. Any advice and suggestions will be appreciated.  

So happy to see everyone is so passionate and goal orientated in 2015 . Good luck for to EVERYONE.
