Hello! I have recently been licensed and I was wondering if anyone minded sharing any tips on ways to market. It seems like all agents are doing the same thing: mailing flyers, door hangers.. etc. I have been tracking expired listings within a 5 mile radius of where I live. I'm planning to go door knocking just to introduce myself. Nothing pushy, just letting them know I live in the area and if they had questions to give me a call.

It might be a little forward, but I figured if they saw me (instead of a piece of paper) it would be more memorable and at least they would know that I'm real.

Any advice?

Thanks!
