Hello everybody, My name is Darnell and I am a cash flow investor here in Nanuet,NY. I am interested in residential SFH with seller financing. I would eventually like to move into commercial real estate and focus on the needs of the baby boomer/ senior homebuyers population trends since this group comprises 75 million as of last year. Hope to network and maybe put together some deals!!!
