Hey folks I just joined Bigger Pockets, I still kinda new to area even though I have been here over a year. I really getting into REI now, even though I have been "looking" at it for a while. I'm looking to gain experience in wholesaling, fix & flip, and rental properties(residential 1st, then commercial)
