SFR Under Contract
So there is this SFR that just went under contract through Home Path. I was in the process of being preapproved for the mortgage with my partner when this house went under contract. Is it possible to still put in an offer now incase the contract falls through?
This is my first deal, not sure how hard to proceed this house. Any advice is great. Thanks.
