Hello everyone this is Carlos havent been on in a while been pretty busy just want to thank everyone in BP we have closed and sold 2 wholesales deals here in New Orlean, and me and the wife have decieded to go full time flipping house and we are going to give 1 house a year to a needy family, we want to give back cause we believe we are going to be very successful in all of this, just wanted to update everyone here,
