Hi all,

I recently got into REI through the Fortune Builders seminars. I did have an interest before that but it mostly came from years of watching hgtv and diy network. I'm really serious and want to learn more, so I can feel comfortable about starting and taking the leap to doing this full-time. I wanted to attend the mastery program offered by FB but I can't bring myself to pay the $34k even though I can split the cost with three other people. I keep hearing there are cheaper ways of going about it, so here I am! Hopefully I can learn a few things from you guys and then share that knowledge with others.

I am interested in wholesaling, flipping, and owning rental properties. I learned a lot from FB's 3 day seminar, but the more I learn, the better! Thank you for taking the time to read my introduction and I look forward to speaking with you guys!
