Hello All,

My best friend and I have partnered together a few months ago and plan on flipping houses to start. We both have no experience in real estate but have been schooling our selves as much as possible. I have a long time friend who is a Realtor for over 20 years and is an expert in foreclosures and short sales. We have partnered with him and he is going to mentor us in between his busy schedule.  I am so excited to have found this site when searching for information on how to invest. I am extremely pro active so this site is a dream to find for me. I just can't wait to close our first deal.
