Hello, I am a new member from Los Angeles. I've stumbled on  bigger pockets trying to find information on how to find good renters  for my duplex I bought in 2005.  I rent out one unit and live in the other, but me and my wife are looking to purchase another property so we need to rent the unit we live in.  So I am lucky to find bigger pockets with all this info. I've been reading the forums and blogs also listening to the podcast in which helped to figure out my strategy that fits me best. My goal is to do fix and flips or flips or wholesaling to build a buy and hold portfolio. I am looking forward to learning more , networking and building relationships and getting started.
