New in Los Angeles ;-)

Happy Saturday! I have been a big fan of the podcast and the beginner's guide. My immediate goals are to get the real estate license so that I have access to this "list" I keep hearing about, then I'd like to find a multifamily unit in Los Angeles county to "house hack." My long term goal is basically a career change into a buy-and-hold investor so that I can quit my day job as an attorney and support my family with residual income and have more time for my hobbies (boxing matches and DJing). I understand that with my law license in CA I am able to skip out on the real estate courses and just take the exam. I'm interested in taking some courses so that I can continue to train my mind to be successful in real estate, and defer my student loans so I'll have more cash to get into a property sooner. If anyone has any good recommendations for online community colleges with real estate courses, please let me know. I look forward to speaking with you all! ;-)
