I'm wondering if anyone is house hacking a triplex or four plex in LA county and doing so in a way where they live for free or pay a slight amount (<$300) on their mortgage? Would be cool to hear what area you found and a little about your story.

I was wondering if there is a resource on here that has general information on which markets are the best to be in for house hacking a multifamily unit?  I personally wanted to compare the areas in and surrounding Los Angeles, St. Paul, and Miami.
