My wife and I moved to the area in April.Before that we lived in Texas for a year and the Florida Panhandle for 14 years.I owned 2 rental properties in Florida which I sold, at a loss, before we moved to Texas.I have experience in repairing and managing rentals.Also, I was a home inspector for 9 years in Florida.I would like to get back into the real estate investing world either finding deals (wholesaling) or fix and flips, so I got my real estate broker license when I moved here and recently started working in real estate sales in this area.Eventually I want to get into buy and hold investing.I would like to connect with investors in this area to learn and build a network of likeminded people.I just found BP via the podcast and have found a ton of great and useful information that has gotten me excited about real estate investing again!Thanks for creating the site and investing community, Great Job!!!
