Hello BP family,

Signed up awhile ago but just been reading. Figure its time to say hi. Name's Leo, 34, Line Cook from Statesville NC. New to REI but very willing to learn everything I can. Thinking of getting a buy and hold property for my first investment. Would greatly appreciate any advice for small towns where the pop is @ 40000.
