Hi my name is matt, I am new to the site, I have been learning about re since Aug of 06, I currently am doing wholesales/asiignment of agreements, birddogging, whatever you want to call it. My goals: to get my first check from re here soon, to help people out as much as I can, long-term is to take a long needed vacation, and invest in properties both residential and commercial. I find/do deals nationwide and currently am building a buyers list. My main focus is florida, lots of sales there and unbelievable ltv.
