What's going on BP Community?

My name is Richard, I'm currently a newbie wholesaler in the DC/MD area and college student. I've been interested in real estate for a little over a year now and have focused my time on learning as much as I can on the matter. I want to get my wholesaling business off the ground within the next 6 to 9 months, focusing on residential property. However I think its's best that I start off bird-dogging with some more experienced investors in my area. I am also looking forward to getting to know more of you in the BP community and connecting with those of you in the Maryland/DC area.
