Hi everyone! I'm Kristine Osborn. My hubby Robb and I are considering becoming first time landlords. We recently upgraded to a larger home and are thinking of renting out our previous house. It's currently for sale but the market is slow and it is not selling even after dropping the price several times. It's in a good area and realtors say It shows very well. It's just small. I'd hate to end up selling it at a loss. We lived there for 10 years. Just need advice on renting property. We know nothing- but I'm a quick study!
