My name is Ronnye Lugo and i live in Fort Lauderdale Florida, i am 32 and it was hard to say that but it's true. I'm getting old. Well, I'm a father of four I have two jobs and I just recently  purchased  a duplex in June 2014. My goal is to buy and hold for the long term. My passion is to eventually own commercial properties.

@Ronnye L.

Welcome to the community! I am pretty familiar with your area. I think you are primed for big things to happen. Broward County has some great things to offer. Be sure to be as active as possible. Post questions, read blogs, and I always suggest a podcast marathon. There is so much information in them, and it is a free education. Good luck!
