I'm new to BP. I'm very interested in buy and hold. I bought my first house 10 years ago and then started a family. Then 3 years ago I bought a bigger house for my  growing family, and rented out the first. I would very much like to  pick up  another investment property, there is so much great information here .  I don't have a lot of down payment cash sitting around but I have a butt load of equity in my first property. What are the thought on leveraging that to buy my next property? Or should I just save up cash?
