Hello Everyone,

My name is Ebony Pugh and I'm new to BiggerPockets. I am 27 years old and I'm looking to invest in some property in Detroit, Michigan. This will be my first investment property so I'm looking forward to some good advice that can help me. Selling prices are about $22,000-$20,000. I have 10K cash. My question is should I pay with cash or finance to get the home for my first investment property?
