Hello Everyone,

I'm brand new in real estate and it's nice to find a site like Bigger Pockets to learn from active investors (forums and pod-casts) and meet new members. I grew up in Queens, NY most of my life but I've also lived in San Diego, California for a period of time. I currently live in Queens, NY.

My background is in Finance, analyzing corporate credit transactions such as leverage buyouts and mergers & acquisitions. Right now, I'm learning the fundamentals in real estate and reading a ton of topics on the forums as well as recommended books. Once I find my niche, I hope to eventually execute my first transaction and successfully build a portfolio.
