Hello BP, I'm so glad I found your website. My name is Sheila from Chicago, originally from the Philippines. I got into real estate in 2005, currently I have 3 rentals, and 2 properties that I need to get fixed. My background in real estate is very little. And I feel like an island until I found this site. My hope is that I'll be able to create a passive cash flow in 5-10 years so I can have more time to spend with my 2 kids, ages 5 y.o, 2 months.
