Hey guys, I am loving BP. I found the site trying to research a real estate training course and I have to say that I think this web site just saved me a ton of money in a bad investment. I am currently a property inspector for mortgage companies. I am looking to meet some other REIs in my area. I would love to find someone that I could work under/with to learn more about the business. 

I am planning on getting into my first property by March, so I have until then to get as much info as possible to make sure that I am going to make the right moves.

Thanks @Brandon Turner! I joined this site because of the podcasts. I started with the new ones and have been working backwards over the last week. You guys have done an amazing job with this site and I have already made initial contact with another local REI. Thanks a million and I hoping that the info on this site will help me make my first or atleast stop me from loosing my first.
