Hello Everyone!

My name is Jason Na and I work as an accountant in Houston area.  I am fairly new to real estate investing.  I am also taking RE courses, not sure if I want to become an agent seeing there is a debate on the topic.  Ever since I read Rich dad & Poor dad by Robert Kiyosaki about 10 years ago, I knew I wanted to get into Real estate investing, but I just did not know where to start.  Now that I join BP, I wanted to introduce myself to the community and dive into the learning pool of real estate investing.  I am looking to learn all aspects of investing in real estate, but especially flip and rental property.  

My real estate goal is to start with residential property and small multi-family and go into apartment and eventually to development side.
