New member from NYC

Hi everyone, 

I am an investor and work full-time in the acquisitions group for a real estate investment and development firm in New York.

I look forward to getting involved in the discussions and connecting with folks from here (perhaps even in the real world), and learning and sharing information with others like me. I am very fortunate to have the job that I have and was able to build a small multi-family portfolio in Brooklyn myself, but lately I have developed an interest for other markets and would like to learn more about them. 

I would love to chat with someone who is already investing in Atlanta, Durham, Austin or Nashville. I am also interested in certain foreign markets, but I'll save that for another post. Feel free to chime in if there are markets that I might be missing or am not aware of. And of course if you in the NYC region, hit me up!
