Hello BP I'm a newbie looking to get started with my real estate investing career. I plan to start a direct mail marketing campaign in the next few weeks. I'm looking in the areas around Houston and Beaumont. If anyone has any tips for getting started I would love to hear. Also would love to meet up with anyone in the area to share knowledge.
