New Member from NW Arkansas

Hi All,

I am a new user on BP and am just taking time to get my profile setup and introduction done. My name is Mike Jimenez and I currently live in NW Arkansas. I just moved here about a year ago and am loving it so far. I was born and raised in Tampa FL so this is my first time living outside of my home town. 

I am an IT manager and have been doing that now for over 15 years. I have purchased real estate in the past and have flipped a condo and some vacant land. Was involved with developing/building out 12 townhomes in Tampa but the market turn stopped all that before we could get our engineering piece done. Anyway i am settled down and am looking to take advantage of the rental market here in NW Arkansas. My credit and cash are nothing to speak of since my last project failed but am looking to get things moving again.
