Hi,

Hope everyone had or is having a fine Thanksgiving holiday. I am in Livermore, CA and fairly new to the site. I am finally getting a proper introduction out here. I work in legal technology at a law firm in SF and have been in that field for a long time.  Real estate investing has been a big interest of mine for a long time, now I am primed to take action.

I am taking advantage of some free time over the long holiday weekend to get caught up on the great resources BP offers, especially some key podcasts (taking copious notes). My primary interest right now is wholesaling.  So, I really look forward to connecting with folks here and will be attending meetups in the area as well to learn about this business.  Thank you!
