New Future Landlord in East Pheonix!

Hi BP Members - I've been creeping around the forums for awhile, so first and foremost thank you to all of the contributors for providing a priceless knowledge bank here.

My partner and I recently moved from Orange County, CA out to Mesa, AZ with hopes of purchasing our first property at the end of our initial AZ rental lease. The plan is to purchase a home via FHA loan, spend the necessary year in it while fixing it up then jumping to the next home. This way we are adding a property a year. By the time we're at our third house we'll have enough saved to pay cash. Our goal is to have 10 properties in 10 years before i turn 40.

Wish me luck :)

Nick
