Hello everyone. My name is Sinaloa Hobson. Im am originally from Long Island and have been in the DC area for 25+ years. My goal is too make investments in house flips or vacant land deals and sheltor my earnings to possibly lower my tax liability. Currently employed but with the overwhelming help from most if not all of you here at biggerpockets I hope to change  that.
