Greetings future and current Real Estate Titans!  

I'm Shane Mayo, hailing from the great city of Philadelphia.  I'm currently working as a Financial Analyst with a accounting background.  I am interested in learning more about acquiring and maintaining rental properties as well as flipping homes.  I view real estate investing as a pathway to financial independence, and I hope to learn a ton of information from the minds on this site.  

While knowledge is my first priority, I am also looking to network and meet professionals in this field that will help and guide me along this road; including general contractors, real estate agents and investors.
