Hi Everyone,

My name is Karla and I am from Bethlehem, PA. Right now I am a stay at home mom with 3 school aged children. My husband has always wanted to start his own real estate investment company and so we thought what better time to start then now! Since my  best friend and I are good with research we have been educating ourselves on the different ways to invest and came across wholesaling. Right now we are looking to network with other individuals who have experience in all fields of real estate and hope to learn as much as we can. Eventually my husband would like to become a rehabber himself and that way we can dabble in both areas, him with rehabbing and me and my best friend with wholesaling. Please feel free to reach out with any suggestions, advice, success stories, etc. As my husband always says "Team work makes the dream work".

Thank you,

Karla
