Hi all,

My name is Chris Thiel and I am new real estate investor from Jensen Beach, Florida. I am currently getting my real estate license and my main source of revenue will be from investing. My goal is to begin with single family homes as flips and holds. Then, as I gain more experience (and $$$) move onto multi-family properties and commercial (purchase strip malls). I also plan to use my real estate license to help other investors in my area with properties. 

I am a former Marketing Research Analyst / Advertising Executive for the Golf Channel and have always had a passion for real estate. I have done quite of a bit of research and I cannot believe the wealth of information on BP! This site is absolutely wonderful! I’ve read the book “The Book on Flipping Houses” from cover to cover and currently working on “The Book on Estimating Rehab Costs”.

I am looking forward to learning more from reading these posts and blogs but I am really looking forward to meeting other investors from the Jensen Beach / Stuart area and see how we can work together to grow our businesses.
