Hi I'd like I introduce myself to you all, I'm Frank Garcia, I've been reading and listening to podcasts on BP and am now joining the BP community. I am from the Seattle/ Lynnwood area, and would like to meet as many experienced people in my area as possible. My plan is to build a large buy and hold portfolio. I want to begin with wholesaling and then purchase a 2-4 unit and become a tenant owner to get started. I'm excited to be here and  be able to use this amazing site to learn and meet new people!
