Hey BP members,

Just wanted to drop in and introduce myself.  Freshly graduated 22 year old looking to take the first step towards real estate investing.  I'm young and have no money so I'm essentially in the educational stage.  I'm ready for the dirty work that lies ahead.  Look forward to picking your brains in the near future!
