New to BP

[Steve Custer]

New to biggerpockets!  My name is Steve and I have always had an interest in real estate but never really knew how to get involved .  My wife owned a house in harrisburg pa and when we decided to  move the market forced us to use it as a rental property.  I'm so blessed to have fell into that situation because it's consistent cash flow each month that I just use to pay off the principal faster.  

My goal is to continue developing new relationships through BP and the ones I already have.   This site is overwhelmingly resourceful but focusing on learning is probably the best place to start..
