Hey guys,

I'm going through the BP podcasts and learning so much. Very interested in buying and holding, think there's a good cash flow potential in certain parts of the UK, currently have zero investment properties. The US market/environment feels like its more accommodating (particularly use of 'seller financing') would love to connect with local RE investors.
