New Investor from Hialeah, FL

Hey BP community,

I've been lurking on BP for around 5 months and figured it was about time to do an introductory post!

I'm originally from Chicago and currently live in Hialeah, FL. I'm an operating partner of a national fitness franchisee group and am very interested in RE investing. I've learned about RE investing primarily through reading books (discovered through BP podcasts and GoodReads reviews) and perusing BP forums / note taking during BP podcasts. 

My primary goal in RE is to create income. I'd like to do that through buy and hold rental properties. I'm considering manufactured home investments as well as SFR and MFR for my first investment. If anyone knows of or is an experienced real estate agent within/near Hialeah or just wants to connect, please reach out!
