Beginner from Cleveland, Ohio!

Hello, my name is Steven Liu, I'm a 29 years old from the Cleveland, Ohio area. I currently work full-time as a banking consultant and I have previously worked in the mortgage industry as a loan officer. I still consider myself a newbie when it comes to real estate and I am looking to meet people and take in as much information as I can. I know there is no get rich overnight type of deal and it takes patience and dedication, which I am ready to commit. I am looking to learn as much as I can in renting/flipping, and also learning more about the market near me in general. And hopefully I will be confident enough and have the courage to take that step to work full-time as a real estate investor! Looking forward also to meet as many people as I can.
