Glad to be a part of the Bigger Pockets community! Please feel free to reach out, as I'm interested in meeting those who are more knowledgeable in the field than I am. I'm most interested in container homes and the ability to construct them myself with the help of a  private contractors. If anybody has any experience in this area, I'd love to connect!

Welcome @Joseph Howard very cool idea with the container home approach. Those and tiny houses have intrigued me, haven't looked into how viable they are as investment options yet. Definitely hit up the podcasts, they're a great source of info. Also, set up some keyword alerts, possibly for container homes, and other things you're interested in at www.biggerpockets.com/alerts.
