Hello all, good to be around some like people.I joined recently to network,brainstorm, and otherwise gain knowledge and tactics.

Need help locating profitable proerties and motivated sellers. I have buyers and financing,just need homes to put in my stable.

ANY ideas and help would be greatly appreciated.Any fellow investors in and around the Coeur d Alene,Id / Spokane,Wa area would be great to network with.
