Hello from El Paso, Tx

Hi all!

My name is Asia Gilchriest and I'm a newbie living in El Paso, Tx. I'm  originally from central Texas. My goal is to learn about the ins and outs of buy and hold properties. My retail 9-5 takes me all over the world so I'm not tied to a particular area.

I look forward to connecting with you all (y'all)  and sharing what I will learn along the way.

@Asia Gil  Welcome to BP.  With a forecast of a high of 6 degrees tomorrow, and a low of 10 below zero I am wondering why i have not invested in some southern properties to go and check on.  I often wonder if a forecast of below zero causes a water heater to go out, I have two to do today.  Good luck on your investing.  Hope to see you around in the forums.
