Hi. My name is Kelly. I'm looking for a Realtor in Baton Rouge, LA who is willing to provide weekly comp details for the local markets and leads on available properties. I make most of my offers with cash but they will be lower than Fair Market Value so I'll need someone who is comfortable with doing so. I like to make multiple offers. I need someone who is responsive in a timely manner and reliable. I'm low maintenance so text and email communication is okay. Also, I'm new to the BR market so a Realtor with strong connections is great. Any referrals for Realtors would be appreciated. Realtor responses would definitely be appreciated. Thanks.
