Newbie from New Orleans, LA

Hello everyone my name is Paul Duhon and I am a senior Finance student in New Orleans, LA. I am beginning my real estate journey for the 2nd time after an attempt at wholesaling two years ago, where I watched two nearly closed deals not happen after putting so much effort into them. Discouragement kept me away all this time, but I believe that had I been a part of this community before, I would have had more knowledge about the ups and downs of almost every deal and how hard the work actually is. But I believe in myself and really want this to be a part of my life so I am ready to be fully invested for life.
