Kyle of Edmonton Alberta. I'm a refrigeration/gas apprentice whose very eager to invest in rental properties. No money down investments interest me the most. I am yet to purchase a property. I want to research and get off to a good start. Advice from investors in the west region of Canada would be greatly appreciated.
