Hi! I'll admit, it's pretty risky to say that I'm only 14 years old but I hope you will be able to accept me into your community despite my age so I can learn as much as I can about real estate and homeownership before I get an early start on my life.

I say ... be 15 and in college if you want!  Life is what you make of it.  When I was a teenager, I worried about what people thought of me.  Now that I'm older, I realize that people care less about you than you think they do.  (It sounds kind of sad, but it's actually very liberating.)

No matter how intelligent you are, you still won't be able to enter into contracts until you're 18. But that doesn't mean you can't learn the ins and outs of real estate investing now, and when you're 18 you can use your knowledge like there's no tomorrow.

If I only knew then what I know now ....
