I am Edward Voccola. I started doing commercial mortgages several years back. I started by placing loans at local banks. I have expanded to private lenders and hard money lenders as well for real estate. On the other side of commercial loans I have also recently in the past few months started placing business loans to the SBA program.

I am learn more about the real estate markets nationwide and real estate investments.
