Newbie Peninsula/Bay Area

Hi All, my name is Angie and I live in the Bay Area Peninsula.  I have been a real estate enthusiast for many years and have experience in purchasing and rehabbing my own home.  I have researched different investment opportunities and am currently interested in learning more about wholesaling and flip and fix. 

My business partner is @Marianne Jett  and together we have 20+ years of professional/corporate expertise, as well as 3 real estate investment transactions.  

I've read many of the blog posts and listened to most podcasts. I'm on BP often. At this point, I'd love to network with others in the area. Please let me know if you're interested in meeting up or know of any good REIA meetings in the area.
