Hi BP Community! My name is Matt Fish and I am a new member from Wilmington DE - right on the PA / DE boarder. I grew in the suburbs of Philly and moved a whole 30 min away to DE 4 years ago. I am 29 years old and a fairly new investor (2 years) focusing mainly on flipping but I now want to start taking steps toward building a rental portfolio. So far I have completed 4 flips and have one rental. I am married and have a super fun 15 month old girl and a little boy on the way. I am currently working a full time job at one of the big banks - I certainly would not say it is something I am passionate about. I see real estate investing as not only a fun, exciting, challenging endeavor, but also as a gateway to Freedom! A way to be able to spend more time with my family, doing the things we enjoy doing. So I want to make the transition to full time real estate investor within the next year. No pressure BP, but I sure I will be leaning on all of you a lot to help make that dream come true. I have already learned so much from the blogs, forums and podcasts. What an awesome community!!

I also hope to meet a lot of people from all over and have plenty of interesting discussions so send me a message any time and say Hi.
