Hi, My name is Bill Macke from Nashville, TN.  I have been investing in real estate for 18 years as a side business.  I owned an independent insurance agency for 31 years and sold it this year.  Now it's time to get more involved in Real estate investing.  I just finished 3 days of Fortune Builders and was blown away by the cost.  Glad I googled and found you.
